I was not totally sure which concrete anchors I needed or how deep I should drill , so I emailed Confast support . They got back to me the same day with a clear answer and a couple of small tips I probably would not have figured out on my own .
After that , placing the order was easy and the anchors worked just like they said they would . It was nice getting help from someone who actually seemed to know the product .
